Whether you're supporting post-workout recovery, replenishing hydration, boosting energy, or simply prioritizing self-care, our curated wellness menu is designed to help you recover from the inside out.

How the Event Works

1. Visit the BODYROK FiDi studio during the event.

2. Stop by the Païa Wellness station to choose the wellness service that's right for you, including IV hydration, Vitamin B-12 injections, Glutathione, and select wellness add-ons.

3. Services are available on a first come, first served basis.

4. All new clients are required to complete a $27 Good Faith Exam (GFE)—a brief telehealth evaluation with a licensed medical provider, required by California law before receiving medical wellness services.

5. Your GFE can be completed before or after your BODYROK class, making it easy to fit into your visit.

6. Once you're medically cleared, our registered nurses will provide your selected wellness service.
