IV Therapy & Patient Safety
Medical services are provided by US Medical Directors, a California professional medical corporation, through licensed prescribers and registered nurses. Païa Wellness provides management and administrative services. Every IV service follows a medical assessment by a licensed prescriber (physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant) before treatment begins.
What IV therapy is and isn’t. IV therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it is not a substitute for medical care. Results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Eligibility. IV therapy is not suitable for everyone. Eligibility is determined individually, and we may decline or stop treatment at any time if it is not appropriate or safe.
Risks. Risks of IV therapy include infection, vein irritation, bruising, infiltration (fluid leaking into surrounding tissue), and allergic reaction. Other risks depend on your health history and the specific treatment, and will be reviewed with you during your assessment.
Your responsibilities. Please provide complete and accurate health and medication information, and tell us about any changes in your health or medications before each visit.
Emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Do not rely on our website or staff for urgent medical care.

Terms
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Welcome to Païa Wellness (“we,” “us”). By using paiawellness.com or booking through it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who provides services. Medical services are provided by US Medical Directors, a California professional medical corporation, through licensed prescribers and registered nurses. Païa Wellness provides management and administrative services, including website, scheduling, and event coordination. See our IV Therapy & Patient Safety page for details.
Not medical advice. Website content is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you complete a medical assessment with a licensed prescriber and they accept you for treatment. In an emergency, call 911.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to book. Booking a service does not guarantee treatment. Every service requires a medical assessment, and we may decline or stop treatment at any time if it isn’t appropriate or safe, including if you provide incomplete or inaccurate health information. If we decline or stop treatment for safety or eligibility reasons, you will receive a full refund for any service not delivered. Refunds are issued to your original payment method immediately at events or within [3] business days for online bookings. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Informed consent. Before treatment, you will be asked to review and sign a separate informed consent form. Booking through the website does not replace that consent.
Bookings, payments, and cancellations.
• Prices are shown at booking and may change. [Taxes/fees, if any.]
• Payment is due [at booking / at time of service] by the methods we accept.
• Cancellations or rescheduling: [e.g., at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund; late cancellations or no-shows may be charged].
• Pop-up and group events may have their own terms, which will be shown at sign-up.
Promotions and referrals. Offers are limited-time, non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined unless stated.
Results. Individual results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Testimonials and photos reflect individual experiences.
